Privacy policy

Short version: STIKLET has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. What you save in STIKLET stays on your device. Some services have to see your IP address to send you radio, and they're listed below.
Who's responsible
STIKLET is run by Liviu Ionuț Turiac, Romania, who is the data controller for the little that STIKLET itself handles. Contact: your-email@example.com.
What stays on your device
The Android app and the web player save these things only on your phone or in your browser. We never receive them:
- favorite stations, recently played stations and recent searches;
- liked songs and the songs heard today;
- settings (like data saver, crossfade or sleep fade) and the web player's volume;
- saved station lists, so genres still show when you're offline.
To delete them, uninstall the app or clear its storage (Android settings → Apps → STIKLET → Storage), or clear the website's data in your browser.
What STIKLET doesn't do
- No accounts or sign-in, so no name, email or password is collected.
- No advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services.
- No location, microphone, contacts or photos.
- We don't sell or share personal data.
Who STIKLET talks to, and why
To play radio, your device has to connect to other services. Like any internet connection, they see your IP address and basic technical details, and each one has its own privacy policy.

If you tap "Find on Spotify", "Find on YouTube Music" or share a station, STIKLET opens that app or service with the song or station name, and that service's policy applies.
Android permissions
- Internet and network state: to play streams and notice when you're offline or on mobile data.
- Notifications: to show the player controls in the notification shade and on the lock screen.
- Foreground service (media playback) and wake lock: to keep the radio playing with the screen off.
Children
STIKLET isn't made for children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect data about anyone. Radio stations can broadcast content meant for adults.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because STIKLET doesn't collect personal data on our side, there's usually nothing to hand over; your data is on your own device, where you control it. For questions write to your-email@example.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or the authority in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and mention important changes in the app or on the website.
