STIKLET is a free app for listening to live internet radio, on Android and in your browser. These terms explain what STIKLET is, what it isn't, and the rules for using it. They're short on purpose.

1. Who runs STIKLET

STIKLET (the Android app, the website and the web player at /app) is made and run by Liviu Ionuț Turiac, Romania. You can reach us at your-email@example.com.

2. What STIKLET does

STIKLET helps you find and play radio stations that broadcast publicly on the internet. The list of stations comes from Radio Browser, a free, community-run directory. When you press play, the audio comes straight from the station's own server to your device.

• STIKLET doesn't host, store, record or rebroadcast any audio.
• The stations, their programs, music, names and logos belong to their owners. STIKLET isn't affiliated with them, and listing a station isn't an endorsement.
• Stations are responsible for having the rights to what they broadcast.

3. Free to use

STIKLET is free. Every station and every feature is free. If there's a way to support the project (a tip or donation), it's voluntary, doesn't unlock anything, and isn't a payment for access to any station or music.

4. Using STIKLET fairly

You can use STIKLET for your own personal listening. Please don't:

• record, download, copy or redistribute streams through STIKLET, or use it to rebroadcast them;
• use STIKLET to break the rules of a station, a country or the law where you live;
• try to disrupt STIKLET, the web player, Radio Browser or the stations' servers (for example with automated mass requests);
• copy STIKLET's name, logo or design to present something else as STIKLET.

5. Stations and their owners

If you run a station and want it removed from STIKLET, or something about it is wrong, write to your-email@example.com with the station's name and web address. We'll hide it from STIKLET as quickly as we can, usually within a few days. In the Android app you can also use Report this station in a station's menu. Stations can also update or remove their listing directly on Radio Browser.

6. Song titles and outside links

When a station shares the title of what it's playing, STIKLET shows it. Titles come from the station and may be missing or wrong. Buttons like "Find on Spotify" or "Find on YouTube Music" only open a search on those services; they're separate services with their own terms, and STIKLET isn't connected to them.

7. No guarantees

We work to keep STIKLET running well, but it's provided "as is". Stations go offline, change address or stop sharing song titles, and the directory or our website can be unavailable. We can't promise that any station, feature or the service as a whole will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features at any time.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for the content stations broadcast, for stations being unavailable, or for indirect losses from using STIKLET. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

9. Privacy

STIKLET has no accounts and doesn't track you. Your favorites, liked songs and settings stay on your device. The details are in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top; big changes will also be mentioned in the app or on the website. These terms are governed by Romanian law and the law of the European Union, and you keep any protections your own country's consumer law gives you.
